What Happens in a VIP Class?

In the VIP class, offenders hear from crime victims who have been impacted by motorists under the influence. The idea is to give offenders a non-confrontational presentation from real victims who are sharing their stories. The lives of the victims were changed by the decisions of impaired drivers and they are brought to VIP panels to help offenders make changes within themselves.
